Living Aloha
It took me awhile to understand the Hawaiian phrase “Living Aloha” and an even longer time to live it. This quote is the best definition I’ve heard.

The pandemic has me working overtime to the point I’ve forgotten about self care, about Living Aloha. I have a few changes happening in my life right now so it’s a great time to slow down and focus more on myself and doing nothing. Just a friendly reminder to take care of you!!!
